Contract to Hire
Hybrid: Chicago, IL (3 days on-site)
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Focus on the development and delivery of integrations, out-of-the-box configurations, and consultative services for low-code software development.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to design, deploy, and integrate various product capabilities.
- Contribute to design, technical direction, and architecture with various teams to build solutions based on client requirements.
- Follow agreed-upon SDLC procedures to ensure all information system products and services meet quality standards, end-user functional requirements, architectural standards, performance requirements, audit requirements, and security rules.
- Manage product support on system functionality and provide fixes as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and SecOps modules.
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile/Scrum, and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
